Conserving Cliveden

Set high above the Thames with far reaching views, Cliveden’s impressive gardens and majestic woodlands capture the grandeur of a bygone age.  Follow in the footsteps of dukes, earls and royalty as Sandra Mooney and Stephen A'Court from Cliveden's Talk Service team brings to life the story not only of this glittering hub of society, but how through the generosity of supporters Cliveden is being preserved forever, for everyone.

Friday 22nd September 2017 at 7:30pm

Bourne End Library, Wakeman Rd, Bourne End SL8 5SX

Tickets £5.  Bar available for wine and soft drinks

Looking after Cliveden’s history is a massive part of the work at Cliveden. Join Sandra and Stephen to hear about the unique story of Rose Cottage, the mystery of the Generator House: the recreation of the Dukes Garden—all these and more in a whistle stop tour of just some of the works being carried out at Cliveden.
